Client Overview 

This Fortune 500 client is one of the largest broker dealers in the United States and a leading provider of investment and business solutions for independent financial advisors across the nation. 

 

Situation 

As part of an Agile transformation, the client was in the process of leading an enterprise shift from a project-based model to a new product-based model to improve accountability, visibility, and value realization.  The client was look for guidance on establishing the correct processes, tools, and ways of working that could lay the foundation for an Agile enterprise 

 

Our Engagement 

  • Designed the Agile Transformation Office that was tasked with leading an enterprise shift from a project-based to a product-based model 

  • Developed a 100-day sprint plan to operationalize the team tasked with initiating, leading & monitoring key strategic initiatives 

  • Simplified and standardized the processes and underlying tools ecosystem that powered the Agile transformation  

  • Standardized agile reporting templates across Scrum Teams, Release Trains, and Programs 

  • Established the structure and cadence for organizing the technology organization into high performing well formed teams 

  • Defined and tracked the key KPIs and metrics to determine the success of the Agile transformation
